Sports Rehabilitation and Massage Clinic

Sports Injury Rehabilitation and Massage Clinic based in Hull         within Warner's Health Club & Physio

Musculoskeletal injury includes injury to bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons or nerves and can be debilitating in all walks of life.  In the world of sport it can determine the success of an individual or team.  Injuries have been found to have a detrimental effect on final ranking positions in team sports (Drew et al., 2017) and when considering the lucrative financial rewards often received in professional sport could prove very costly. Muscle, ligament and tendon weakness predisposes an individual to an increased risk of further injury with the greatest risk to injury being a previous one. Left untreated further damage can be caused to both the primary and secondary structures.

At the sports injury rehabilitation and massage clinic a wide range of services and treatments are offered to manage these injuries with the sole aim of returning an individual to optimal health if not stronger!

As a sport rehabilitator, personal trainer and Pilates instructor accredited to the governing bodies seen below, a wide variety of tools are available to ensure each programme is completely personalised for optimal recovery.
